The Cup 'n Cake's goal is to promote and celebrate Regina, using a simple delicacy that has become quintessential to our prairie lives to bring smiles to peoples faces, without compromising our ecological footprint.
The Cup 'n Cake creates cup cakes and wedding cakes for all occasions. The Cup ‘n Cake will offer a delicious variety of classic and specialty flavours that appeal to the taste buds of Southern Saskatchewan.
The Cup 'n Cake was started by Candace Ross and Azelia Neustaeteross, sisters in law.
Candace's upbringing and training in the kitchen arts comes from two generations of elegant bakers and cooks. She has since been honing her craft through various courses and workshops, through which she has earned a certificate in cake decorating. The birth of her own children and years raising them have strengthened her abilities and skills in regards to handling difficult and pressing situations in a fast and efficient yet calm manner.
Azelia has been baking with wholesome ingredients (thanks to her mom) since she was 6 years old, tweaking and fine-tuning her recipes until they were as scrumptious as their names would suggest. Her uncompromising ethics regarding health and environmental issues influence virtually everything she does and baking is no exception. From her all-natural, no-substitutions recipes to her local suppliers right down to her paper (not plastic) packaging, she makes sure that not only are your taste buds satisfied, but your peace of mind is as well.
